How nice of you to reach out. Hope you are well. Perhaps you don't remember Doug Montelone, who was seated beside me in the office while we were discussing the management contract (Nov 2022), remember Chris Sartin was also on a Zoom call at the same time, in your office. I am also perplexed how you might not recollect? I did need three (3) board officers to initiate our agreement legally per our By-Laws. Not understanding your train of thought here either, or why this is even pertinent?

In either case, I see no verbiage below in your Article III copy and paste, regarding any authority for the "Board" to designate the number of officers being allowed to hold seats on the board, and voted in at our annual meeting. We (owners), pretty much demand members who submit a willingness to serve, are allowed to be voted in, up to the five allowed maximum designated…

Any comments regarding this memo? If you are so inclined, might be of interest to the rest of us property owners on how you feel. Here are my thoughts.

Question: Has a new contract been signed or auto-continuation from last one at Kuester? Can we see/post a current contract, or is that a secret?

Question: There was a promise of a special meeting this past year to address owners concerns, or did I not hear right? What happened, we ever going to address that?

Question: Was there some type of mention that the Board voted to restrict nominations, per our By-Laws, of the number of officers allowed on the board? Latest GOD Minutes state nothing of reducing the board from five (5) to only three (3)? Seems like a grab for control.

Answer NO!, the BOD minutes filed have not as yet taken away our right to vote in Five…

New Board member as of last week

Welcome Tracy "at large" as our new board member. Usually that title is bestowed on past members. Either way it is a good thing since the board is not officially able to pass anything without a minimum of three (3) officers. We all wish you good luck.
